מעשה שמת רבן גמליאל הזקן כיון שיצא מפתח ביתו אמר להם רבי אליעזר כפו מטותיכם וכיון שנסתם הגולל אמר להם רבי יהושע כפו מטותיכם אמרו לו כבר כפינו על פי זקן
